Trinity Safety's proactive consulting and interactive turnkey solution to helping connect career development solutions to clients. We work to connect K12 school systems interested in building a comprehensive workforce development program that compete on a national level for recognition within the construction industry.

We work to get students field ready. This includes key training in real life field environment mixed in with in class exposure to construction education. Safety is a huge component to this program; students are partnered with affiliates to complete a comprehensive construction ready program to help assist with competitive placement with industry companies.

Program is designed to offer each student maximum amount of exposure to the construction industry during the program with us. To accomplish this, we will have you spend in the field on a “field trip” to assigned construction projects. The student will be paired with either Project Manager, Superintendent or safety professional. We have strong rooted relationships and verbal commitments from industry GC and Contractors to host students for field interaction. We work closely with GC’s and trade contractors who are ready to step up to the occasion and help shape the career development field learning experience.

Our program is designed to promote the studies and interests of students or adults interested in a construction career. This program immerses students into key process aspects of the preconstruction and construction phases. All these inherently include safety as a core value. We will be set to teach the fundamentals laid out in the NCCER program curriculum, with qualified instructors. Bilingual instructors are available.
